What is TMJ and how is it treated?
Treat Jaw Pain
TMJ is a painful joint disorder that occurs in your jaw. It’s responsible for causing such symptoms as headaches, neck and shoulder pain, tenderness in your jaw, popping and clicking upon opening and closing, and your jaw locking into place either opened or closed.
Dr. Jackson and Dr. Lemon are both highly skilled practitioners who’ve had many hours of advanced training in helping patients manage TMJ. They use different oral appliances to help jaw muscles relax and relieve TMJ discomfort. The cause of TMJ is different for each patient and they will work to find the answers and relief for your pain.
